Sándor Paull
LEAD PASTOR
Sándor Paull (pronounced Shawn-door) is the lead pastor and responsible for teaching, long-term vision and planning for Christland and future church plants. He also oversees the other pastors on staff and is responsible for leadership development. He has two bachelor degrees from Southern Illinois University, one in Ceramic Art and another in Industrial Design. He and his wife Amanda have two children.

Cody Dicks
STAFF PASTOR
Cody oversees our Sunday teams and is also responsible for administrative duties at the church. Cody has a Bachelor Degree in Zoology from Southern Illinois University and a Master's Degree in Natural Science from Southeast Missouri State University. He and his wife Laurian have two children together.

Jackson MacLachlan
STAFF PASTOR
Jackson MacLachlan graduated from Southern Illinois University in 2016 with a degree in Civil Engineering. He currently leads the youth group, and focuses on reaching college students. Originally from Springfield, MO, Jackson is a fan of college football, Tesla, Space X, and all things outdoors.  He and his wife, Shannon, have two children.

Timothy Pappoe
WORSHIP LEADER
Timothy graduated from Texas A&M University in December of 2024. He has always loved music growing up and has learned various instruments: drums, bass, guitar, keys, and many others. In his free time he enjoys playing sports, listening to audio books, and hanging out with friends. He oversees the worship team and leads a small group.

Kristin Bryant
PART TIME WORSHIP LEADER
Kristin has an active role in helping develop the worship team.  She enjoys photography, writing, cycling, and music. Kristin and her husband, Winston, married in 2016 and have two children together.

Xavion Brown
STAFF PASTOR and KIDS PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Xavion and his wife, Alicia, moved from Indiana to be a part Christland.  As a former Army Ranger, he's more than qualified to tackle any problem that arises with the facility.  He enjoys motorcylces and eating good BBQ.

Rylee Labby
CHILDCARE COORDINATOR
Rylee graduated from Texas A&M University  with a Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Sciences. She has served in the Kids Program and Worship Team. Rylee and her husband, Ryan, got married in 2023. They have a son and enjoy family activties such as, camping, hiking, going to coffee shops, and reading books.

Christie McIntyre
CHILD SAFETY COORDINATOR
Christie has her PhD in Early Childhood Education, from Georgia State, and has 33 years of experience in this field. She and her husband John enjoy spending time with their family, playing with their dogs, and reading books.

Micah Popelka
FACILITY MANAGER
Micah oversees the facility and grounds to ensure things around here work properly.

Tim & Margaret Pappoe
PRAYER TEAM LEADER & BOOKKEEPER
Tim and Margaret have been a wonderful part of our family since 2006. They both grew up in Ghana, W. Africa. Tim oversees our prayer team. In his spare time, Tim enjoys swimming and challenging himself with DIY projects.

Margaret is our bookkeeper. She is an avid reader and will share a good blend of tea with anyone. Tim and Margaret have 3 kids together.
